The stage musical is currently warming up in Denver before its big New York transfer next year. Frozen on Broadway will star Patti Murin (Anna), Caissie Levy (Elsa), Jelani Alladin (Kristoff), and John Riddle (Hans). The expanded score will come from Oscar-winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, who composed the music for the original film as well.

The Broadway version of Frozen is a full-length show divided into two separate acts. Like its stage-ready predecessors, Aladdin and The Lion King, the highly anticipated show is expected to run for over two hours. According to reports, the plot will deepen the existing story and explore new themes by adding songs and elements to the story material. Frozen: The Broadway Musical will take the stage at the St. James Theatre on February 22, 2018.
